![]() ![]() He will be dearly missed by his granddaughter Tessa. ![]() Paul was a devoted husband to his wife Marjorie, and loving father to son John Robertson and his partner Gail, daughter Susie DuBois and her husband Jeff. He will be greatly missed, and long remembered. Paul had a wonderful sense of humor, loved to tell a story, and was a gentle and kind man. In 2005, Paul and Marj moved from Seattle to Camano Island, where Paul spent time reading, traveling, woodworking, crab fishing in his boat (the R&R), and sitting on the deck in the evening with Marj. ![]() He retired as Dean Emeritus at the University of Washington. Robertson had a long and exemplary career as a clinician, academic leader, professor, researcher, and author in the fields of Periodontics and Dentistry, publishing over 100 articles, chapters, and books. Son John was born in 1967 in Japan and daughter Susie was born in 1972 in Alabama.ĭr. Paul enlisted in the US Air Force and was stationed in Misawa, Japan until 1969. In 1966, Paul met the love of his life, Marjorie. from the University of Texas and completed his residency in Periodontics at the University of Alabama. He also loved spending time with his son & grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister. He was born on Januto the late James Gray Robertson & Myrtle Robertson. Paul was born to parents Edward and Ruth in Montclair, NJ. Charles 'Charlie Bird' Gray Robertson, 75, of Roanoke, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Robertson passed away on Decemat his home on Camano Island, WA. ![]()
